These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website at https://www.summersserpents.com. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Using this website indicates that you accept these terms whether or not you choose to order form us. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this website.

Ordering From Us
You are deemed to have placed an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the animals you have ordered.

We may refuse to accept an order:
a) where goods are not available;
b) where we cannot obtain authorization for your payment;
c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to comply with all state and local regulations regarding the keeping of exotic animals.

Refunds/Returns/Cancellations
All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding and properly sexed. Upon accepting delivery buyer agrees that the animals are as represented in color, pattern, size and sex. Deposits are non refundable unless we are unable to supply the reserved animal.

I occasionally have a problem when I have sexed an animal incorrectly and the problem wasn’t noticed for months or years. That makes it difficult for me to fix it. The buyer has a responsibility here as well and I want to make sure at the time of delivery we both agree on the sex.

If you wish to cancel your order, you can notify us before we have dispatched the animals to you. Once they have been dispatched to/received by you, you will need to contact us within the first 24 hours to arrange their return and replacement or store credit (customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, as they are non-refundable).

Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Website (including without limitation photographs and graphical images) are owned by us or our licensors. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, any use of extracts from this Website other than in accordance with clause 5.1 above for any purpose is prohibited, unless any reproduced images are used with the “Summers Serpents” logo clearly visible along with a credit given to “Paul Summers”. If you breach any of the terms in these terms and conditions, your permission to use this Website automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed extracts from this Website.

No part of this Website may be reproduced or stored in any other website or included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service without our prior written permission.

While we endeavor to ensure that this Website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. Access to this Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.
